Thomson Custom Publishing Announces 15% Returns Policy
Thomson Custom Publishing has increased its standard returns limit from 10% to 15% of materials purchased. This is being done to help college bookstores better manage their inventory of Custom products.
Thomson Custom Publishing will accept returns of 15% for orders placed on or after January 1, 2004. All returns must be received within one year of the original invoice date and be accompanied by the original invoice.
This policy applies only to Thomson Custom Publishing products, and does not affect any other promotions or offers extended by Thomson Learning or The Thomson Corporation.
