Thomson Custom Publishing Customer Support Changes
Beginning May 27th, Thomson Custom Publishing Customer Support will be incorporated into the Thomson Learning Customer Support group at the Thomson Distribution Center. This change will benefit Thomson Learning college store customers who will now be able to satisfy all their Custom ordering needs at the same time as their other Thomson adoptions. This service is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. The Custom Customer Support number remains the same at 800-355-9983 and the new fax number for Custom Publishing Customer Support is 800-487-8488.
